African Society for the Study of Sociology and Ethics of Religions (ASSOSER) is a non-profit and non-political academic association committed to advancing scholarship in the sociology and ethics of religions within Africa and beyond. Since its establishment in 2015, ASSOSER has provided an intellectual platform where scholars, researchers, educators, policy makers, religious practitioners, and postgraduate students engage in critical discussions on the role of religion in shaping African societies.
